Privacy policy

1. Who we are

M IS THE SIGN SRL, CIF 49067240, J29/2506/2023, registered at Sat Urleta, Com. Bănești, Nr. 367, Prahova county, Romania, is the controller of the data described below. Write to us at office@mits.ro.

2. What data we process

1. Messages you send us through the contact form, by email or WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, company, role, city, revenue band and the content of the message.
2. Public data of the businesses we contact: the name, address, phone and email the business published on Google Maps, its rating and number of reviews, plus the source and the date we collected them.
3. Technical data: IP address and browser type, processed automatically by our hosting and security provider. For form messages we keep only a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address, to stop spam.
4. Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device type. See the cookie policy.

3. Why we use it

1. To answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests.
2. To offer a website to businesses that do not have one, using only the contact details the business published. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Every first message tells you how to stop further messages.
3. To sign and run the contract if you become a client. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
4. To keep the site secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
5. To measure visits, only with your consent. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings”.

We do not sell data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Who receives it

1. Cloudflare, Inc., which protects the site and delivers it. It may process your IP address. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
2. Google Ireland Ltd., for analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. The providers we communicate through: our email service and WhatsApp, only for the messages exchanged with you.
4. Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

1. Businesses that do not reply: we delete the contact details 6 months after the last message.
2. Businesses that ask us to stop: we keep only the name and contact details on an exclusion list, so we never contact them again.
3. Clients: for the length of the contract, then as long as the law requires for accounting documents.
4. Contact form messages: 12 months from the last exchange, unless you become a client. Hosting logs: at most 30 days. Analytics data: 14 months.

6. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correct it, ask for its deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format. To stop our messages, reply “STOP” or write to office@mits.ro. We answer within 30 days.

You may complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Children

The site is not meant for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
