1. Who runs the site

2. What this site is

A presentation of our services: marketing strategy, systems and orchestration, and website building and hosting for local businesses. We do not publish prices. Every offer is made in writing to the company that receives it, before any work goes live.

3. What this site is not

We sell nothing through the site and take no online payments. Services are contracted separately.

4. Field guides

The field guides are free for personal and internal company use. Please do not resell or republish them without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logo and structure of the site belong to M IS THE SIGN SRL. You may not copy or use them without our written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information correct. We are not liable for display errors, temporary interruptions or external sites we link to.

7. Consumer protection

For a complaint, write to office@mits.ro. If we do not solve it, you may contact ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority: www.anpc.ro.

8. Applicable law

Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts.
